Posted by Editor @ 12:04 PM, Thursday Aug 14th, 2008

You are a combination of talents and personalities and the trick is to determine which traits to use to achieve your long-term career satisfaction. As an employee you are responsible for creating your own perfect career. Not your company; their job is to pay you, and support you in your career.

1. Knowing yourself is a must. Before beginning your career search, you must first learn what your BIGGEST career strengths are, and what your GREATEST weaknesses are. 6.Talk to close friends, older executives, mentors, who know you best. Tell you are taking a strength and weakness interview of yourself to best determine the perfect career you should follow. Ask them to give you their “HONEST” opinion of the skills and personality traits which are your strongest and weakest. Match them with the above. See how they fit.
